We will collect personal information if you choose to register to you fill out and submit one of our contact forms. For example, to access our online eRequester demo, we require that you register with your User Name and Password, as well as your First Name, Last Name, Company Name and Email Address. You also have the option of providing information regarding your interest in eRequester and whether you would like a representative to contact you. In addition, on other areas of the Web Sites, there are forms and links for you to submit some standard information to us, and when you do, we will collect the standard information, including your Name, Email Address, Company, Address and Telephone Number.

To protect your personal information, all information that you provide is collected and stored on a secure server and is accessible only by designated staff. In addition to the information you choose to submit, our systems are set up to gather certain anonymous data to help us better understand how our site is being used and how to improve the Web Sites for your convenience. This automatically gathered data includes your computer's IP or “Internet Protocol” address, the date you accessed the Web Sites, statistics about how visitors navigate through the Websites, the pages that you access while at the Websites, the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to the Web Sites.
